< Back to Previous Page Man Killed in Impact with Semi Truck Recently, Randal Touchton of Pace, Florida was killed when his pickup truck collided with a semi on the Chumukla Highway. The driver of the big rig, William Fillingim, was heading north on the highway, when he drifted into the southbound lane and struck two oncoming vehicles. The first driver, Ernest Evans, was able to pull to the side of the road, and had no injuries. However, the second driver, Touchton was not so lucky. His vehicle slammed into the tuck, head-on.
