Referral Lawyers

Porter & Korvick, P.A. welcomes attorney referrals and we have a great track record of maximizing referral fees and recoveries for our clients. We often get cases referred to us from lawyers who previously were defending a claim against us and were impressed by our work. The Rules Regulating the Florida Bar allow for referral fees of up to 25% of the total contingent fee. Referral lawyers have the right to be named in the client’s fee agreement for further protection. We do not require any contribution towards investigation, expert witness or litigation expenses from our clients or referral lawyers and our firm advances all these expenses for the client. We have the financial resources required to prepare even the most complex product liability, aviation or malpractice cases for trial and commonly invest hundreds of thousands of dollars in costs preparing these cases.
